This Privacy Policy explains how the app „Какво да сготвя?" ("the App"), developed by Nursin ("we", "the developer"), handles your information.

1. Information we collect

The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or other personal information.
When you take or select a photo of food products, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini API solely to recognize the ingredients and generate recipe suggestions. We do not store your photos on our own servers.

2. Third-party services

Image processing is performed by Google Gemini, a service provided by Google LLC. Photos you submit are processed according to Google's terms and privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

3. Camera and photo access

The App requests access to your camera or photo gallery only so you can choose a photo to analyze. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties, except for processing by Google Gemini as described above.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data security

Data is transmitted to Google's services over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
